I am fortunate to work with a group of undergraduate and graduate students who are curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
Members of the lab have opportunities to gain experience with a range of research methods, including experiments, surveys, and qualitative methods. Students may also gain hands-on experience analyzing video data using behavioral coding techniques to better understand interaction patterns, communication dynamics, and power relations.
Students from management, psychology, sociology, communication, and related disciplines are encouraged to get involved. Recent projects incorporate large language models (LLMs) and large-scale datasets to study organizational phenomena. Experience with these tools is always welcome.
